With a special technique, French photographer Yodamanu documents the reflections of people walking in the rain that bounce off of wet sidewalks and glisten on window panes. By turning his images upside-down, the actual person becomes just a touch of reality within an otherwise abstract mixture of shapes, forms, and colors that remind me of Impressionist paintings.

Yodamanu’s series “Reflections” is truly a magnificent collection of visually exciting textures, vibrant colors and suggestive layers of reality. It takes a few intriguing moments to catch all the details within the fascinating compositions.
